Congratulations Travis Moore

Congratulations to Travis Moore, our newest Technical Services Representative. Travis joined us earlier this year in a production capacity and when we realized a technical support need, Travis was one of the first we turned too. He will represent LifeLast extremely well as he hits the road to work with our partners in the industry. His primary role will be to support applicators and project start-ups. Later this year he will be taking his NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 Certification Course. Good luck Travis and congratulations on your promotion!

Award of Merit 2010

The Consulting Engineers of British Columbia announced that The Ashlu Creek Hydroelectric Project received The Award of Merit for 2010 (pdf file). We were proud to work with Northwest Pipe’s Portland facility, which produced the 110” welded steel penstock pipe, lined and coated with DuraShield 210 polyurethane. Renewable energy projects continue to be one of our major focus areas and this projects recognition adds momentum to this fast growing marketplace.
