DuraGard Coatings Speed Unloading & Cleaning While Minimizing
Equipment Wear & Tear
The trucking industry has discovered that DuraGard coatings lengthen equipment life and increase productivity in a broad range of applications. LifeLast polyurethanes have been used to line thousands of trailers, containers and rail cars. DuraGard coatings provide chemical resistance, durability, slickness and fast turnaround.
The degradation - via wear and corrosion - that takes place in truck and trailer beds, such as that found in ash hauling units, results in high maintenance costs, time lost to repair, and premature replacement. Eliminate all these with a LifeLast DuraGard liner. Our unique liner system will protect your equipment from corrosion, abrasion and wear. DuraGard products are unharmed by acids and other nasty chemicals. They are very tough and withstand the abuses of loading and unloading. Units lined with LifeLast DuraGard products have a much longer working life and are in service a greater percentage of the time than units lined with other materials or left unprotected. Abrasion and wear still occur; however, DuraGard coatings take the abuse, not your equipment!
DuraGard liners not only increase the life of your equipment, they also increase its productivity. Internal release agents that are formulated into the DuraGard liners act like ball-bearings, providing a slick, pore-free surface that reduces or even eliminates freezing, sticking and general unloading problems. This allows for quicker unloading and cleaning times.

Primary Features and Benefits
- Chemical resistance - exceptional protection in environments where corrosive chemicals exist
- Extremely durable - protects surface from abrasion and impact, greatly extending the life of the protected surface
- Decreased tipping angles, quicker uploading times, fewer sticking and freezing problems with low coefficient of friction
- Short installation and down time - can be returned to service in 24 - 36 hours with quick cure time and 20 mils to 1/2 inch possible in one application
- Flexible, prevents cracking and flaking, coating expands, contracts and flexes with surface
- Apply only where needed – no need to install 1/4 “ to 1/2” when only 1/16” is needed
- Safe to apply and weld around - odorless with no volatile organic compounds (VOC)
